Year 10 Geography group visit around the lake district

Today our year 10 Geography group, accompanied by Mr Burkinshaw and Mr Keep, visited 9 different locations around the lake district looking at glacial features as part of their GCSE Geography course. They were blessed with great weather, behaved impeccably and were a credit to the academy. Studying the features in real time has helped embed the classroom work and all the students had a great time and have come back with greater knowledge and clarity. The following pictures were taken during the day.
