Year 11 students from Vocational Studies along with Skills Plus learners have come together to produce their own artistic interpretation of the Cumbrian Fells. They have worked painstakingly hard over the past 4 weeks to ensure the final outcome was just right.
Year 11 student, Peter Fearon, drew the outline of the fells during one of his Vocational Studies lessons. The whole class then joined in to complete the piece of art with additional help from Skills Plus staff and learners.
They were inspired by the works of Andy Warhol and Van Gogh enabling them to mix impressionism and pop art together to achieve a stunning result.
